1. General
By booking a service or purchasing a product from A1 Car Alarms & Audio Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
All appointments are subject to availability.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be reasonably clean and free of personal items before service.
A surcharge may apply for vehicles that require extra preparation or cleaning.
4. Valuables
Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before service.
A1 Car Alarms & Audio Ltd is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged.
5. Additional Work
Any work requested beyond the original quote will be charged separately.
We will always get your approval before proceeding with extra work.
6. Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may change without notice.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required once the service is complete.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards.
8. Warranty
We offer a warranty on our installations (duration specified at the time of service).
Warranty covers workmanship, not misuse or third-party modifications.
9. Liability
We take every care while working on your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or unrelated damage.
10. Consumer Guarantees Act
These terms do not override your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
11. Dispute Resolution
If there are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and professionally.
